First of all, good job! Digital art is not easy! I must say that the background is creative.

I have to give you 3 1/2 stars for technique because this is a flat coloring. There isn't any shading to give the drawing a little depth. But seems that you are a beginner so this is pretty good .

Another thing is that the face seem to be a bit off. The eyes and the nose should be shifted a bit to the left. The mouth is also a bit too much "curved" to the right, giving it a strange feel. The mouth should be positioned right underneath the nose with a bit of distance in between.

The hair as well, it seems stiff? If you look at other people's hair, it flows, unless that person is wearing an insane amount of hairspray. The top of her head seems a bit too flat. The neck is good.

Some advice is to learn the anatomy of anime/realistic drawings so you can step out of your boundaries like when you cover the shoulders with her hair.

Okay, for her eyes, only about the top 1/4 of her eye whites should be shaded while the bottom 3/4 should be white. And finally, just check the face shape, it just looks a little off. Maybe it's a little too long? Everything else is great

Again, I would like to mention that digital are it not easy. It takes a lot of practice and patience. I'm sorry if this seems a bit harsh, but if you keep practising I'm sure you will get better! Remember, everybody has got to start somewhere, right?
